🇬🇧 Shrungagiri Sri Shanmukha Temple isn’t just peaceful — it’s majestic. It stands on a quiet hill overlooking Bangalore, and from the top, the city looks like a silent map under the sky. The massive six-faced sculpture of Lord Shanmukha — son of none other than Lord Shiva, the top god in the Hindu Trimurti club (CEO of Destruction, brother to Vishnu the Preserver and Brahma the Creator).
Shiva doesn’t do small talk — he meditates in the Himalayas, wears snakes like jewelry, and dances cosmic destruction when he’s in the mood. As for his son Shanmukha (aka Kartikeya, Murugan, or Skanda — kid’s got more names than emails), he didn’t exactly go to school... unless you count the universe as his campus. Trained by gods, armed by goddesses, he was appointed commander-in-chief of the divine army before most kids learn to tie their shoes.

🇺🇦 Храм Шрунґаґірі Шрі Шанмукха — це не просто тиша й спокій. Це велич. З пагорба видно весь Бангалор — мов карта лежить під небом. Але найвражаюче тут — величезна скульптура божества з шістьма обличчями. Це Шанмукха — син самого Шиви, головного бога в індійській «божественній трійці» (Шива — Руйнівник, Вішну — Зберігач, Брахма — Творець).
Шива — не з тих, хто балакає. Він медитує в Гімалаях, носить змій замість прикрас і влаштовує танець руйнування, коли настрій відповідний. А його син Шанмукха (він же Картікейя, він же Муруґан, він же Сканда — та у хлопця імен більше, ніж паролів до пошти) — не ходив до звичайної школи. У нього вся всесвітня мудрість у кишені.
